The anti-American anthem protesters are still tearing apart the NFL.
As the upcoming season is about to kickoff, protests are primed to be worse than ever before.
Now one NFL player ripped America with a jaw-dropping statement.
Ever since former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick kneeled for the national anthem, professional sports have gotten progressively more “woke.”
The bile of radical leftism is poisoning multiple leagues, and they’ve all suffered big viewership hits.
In the wake of the killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis, far-left activism has been ratcheted up to levels probably never seen before.
In contrast to the 1960s, the culture is now controlled by the left, so countless corporations and institutions have genuflected to the mob.
But giving in to the mob only emboldens it, and that’s exactly what’s happening.
Now sports leagues are pledging their fealty to Black Lives Matter, an avowed Marxist organization, and they’re adopting an anti-American agenda in the process.
During a recent public statement about social injustice, Tennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill said that America “was founded upon racist ideas.
Ryan Tannehill says the United States of America “was founded upon racist ideas…”

Tannehill and other athletes have bought into the far-left 1619 Project vision of America, which argues the country first began when the first slave was brought to the colonies in 1619.
Historians from various political bents denounced the 1619 Project as faulty scholarship, but it’s being taught to children nonetheless.
Leftists have no appreciation for historical context.
Slavery had existed since the dawn of civilization, and still exists today.
The founding fathers new slavery was immoral, and specifically wrote the Constitution to eventually dismantle it.
Thomas Jefferson understood the complexity of trying to end slavery while keeping the fledgling nation together.
Jefferson famously wrote of slavery, “We have the wolf by the ear, and we can neither hold him, nor safely let him go.”
Within 40 years of Jefferson’s death, slavery had been abolished, and the country began the long journey enshrining freedom and equality under the law for everyone.
Now America is the freest and most prosperous country in human history, and it’s not by accident.
The NFL protests are part of a larger effort by the left to activate as many people as possible to vote for the Democrats in November.
The sports media in particular have been goading athletes to speak out in favor of left-wing causes.
The result is athletes are regurgitating talking points without understanding them.
