Why can’t more Hollywood elitists be more like Tim Tebow? If you watched the Oscars this Sunday then you got a lethal dose of political preaching from actors like Brad Pitt and Joaquin Phoenix.
Did any of them thank God? Nope. We need more celebrities that act like Tim Tebow.
And Tim Tebow just did yet another amazing thing that should make them all jealous.
Tim Tebow is without a doubt the most magnanimous athlete of his generation.
He won two National Championships at the University of Florida and when they said he couldn’t be a professional NFL quarterback, he put the Denver Broncos on his back and carried them to the playoffs where they defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers.
When they told him there was no way he could play professional baseball, Tebow proved all of his doubters wrong and is currently minor league baseball’s biggest star.
When they mocked his Christian faith, he wore it proudly, completely unashamed.
This is why Tebow is so beloved in American sports.
But while he never ceases to amaze, Tebow and his wife Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters have done yet another amazing thing.
The couple celebrated people with special needs at the 2020 ‘Night to Shine’ event.
It took about 215,000 volunteers to plan the celebrations that were hosted by more than 720 churches in the United States and in over 30 other countries.
On Friday he tweeted a video saying, “We have decided to go out of our way to make the biggest, the most special night of the year for people with special needs because they’re worth it and they’re special,”
He also said, “I want you to know that tonight is all about you. The red carpet, the balloons, the celebration — it is just for you,” he said in the video. It is because we love you. It is because you matter. It is because you are special, and there is a great purpose for your life. For every single one of you, we are naming you the king or the queen of the prom.”
Here’s the video compilation:

On Tim Tebow Foundation’s website it read, “The Christian faith is about loving Jesus and loving people, and that is what we are trying to do with this foundation and all of our outreaches.”
The foundation said its mission is to “bring Faith, Hope and Love to those needing a brighter day in their darkest hour of need.”
There are other celebrities who are charitable and Christian like Tebow. The two best examples are Chris Pratt and Gary Sinise, the latter of which just won the Patriot Award for his charitable contributions to Gold Star Families.
Many Hollywood celebrities should take a page out of their books instead of the sheer condescension about how you should vote.
