Hollywood celebrities have become completely unglued in the Trump era.
Actress and singer Bette Midler is one of the deranged, firing off insane comments left and right.
And Midler just made one sickening call for violence against a Republican.
It’s the week of the Republican National Convention, which means Democrats are hate-watching the event, frothing at the mouth over the fact the corporate press can’t muzzle the Republicans’ message.
Actress Bette Midler got particularly triggered when Kentucky Senator Rand Paul began to speak.
Paul praised many of Donald Trump’s deeds and said, “To those of you who want to stand up and fight the socialists poisoning our schools and burning our cities, join me in supporting President Trump.”
Opposing socialism must’ve been a bridge too far for Midler because she suggested Paul be met with violence.
Where’s #RandPaul’s neighbor when we need him?

Midler is referencing Paul’s neighbor who attacked him and broke his ribs.
This is the level of discourse on the left.
They claim to be so loving and tolerant while they’re calling for senators to be beaten and battered.
Another point of contention for the left was when Paul called out Joe Biden’s support for war, something the left went quiet about during the Obama administration.
Paul said that Biden “voted for the Iraq War…He supported war in Serbia, Syria, Libya.”
Even left-wing fact check site Politifact rated the statement as “mostly true.”
For them, when a Republican is rated “mostly true,” it means he’s 100% accurate.
This isn’t the first time Midler crossed a line of decency because of her unbridled hatred for Republicans.
Midler’s tweets show that people can be as nasty as they want on the left so long as Republicans are the target.
And if they cross the line, they won’t be “canceled.”
Kathy Griffin did a photo shoot with Donald Trump’s severed head, and was welcomed back into the Hollywood fold after a brief moment in the timeout box.
The left is entirely unhinged because they exist in an echo chamber, and they’ve convinced themselves that the country’s moral betters are in a standoff against literal evil.
It leads them down some dark roads, and they don’t even realize it.
But the American people are slowly becoming fed up with Hollywood moralizing, and that’s showing in dwindling ratings for awards shows.
