Scarlett Johansson is one of the highest paid actors in the world and she has a long steady career, which ultimately started with “Lost in Translation” alongside Bill Murray.
She utilized her incredibly good looks and her irresistible charm to catapult herself to the top of the list and was even the highest paid actress of 2019 – even thus far into the year.
But Scarlett Johansson’s career might take a serious hit due to yet another controversial comment that made liberals furious.
It started off as a good year for Scarlett Johansson. She starred in “Avengers: Endgame,” which upended “Avatar” and “Titanic” as the highest grossing movie of all time.
She was on top of the world, right?
Not so fast.
The liberal pitchfork mob came for Johansson when she stirred controversy with a quote earlier this year about the limits of being an actor; as in she can play any part she chooses.
She said, “You know, as an actor I should be allowed to play any person, or any tree, or any animal because that is my job and the requirements of my job. I feel like it’s a trend in my business and it needs to happen for various social reasons, yet there are times it does get uncomfortable when it affects the art because I feel art should be free of restrictions.”
This was in response to two roles that Johansson did or was ridiculed into declining. The first was “Ghost in the Shell,” which is a popular Japanese character; Hollywood decided to make her the star instead of a Japanese actress. The other was taking the role of a transgender person where liberals were annoyed why they wouldn’t cast an actual transgender actor instead.
This forced Johansson to release a statement that read, “In light of recent ethical questions raised surrounding my casting as Dante Tex Gill, I have decided to respectfully withdraw my participation in the project.”
Now, she stirred controversy again because she defended writer/director Woody Allen who has worked together on three movies in the past including “Match Point,” “Vicky Cristina Barcelona” and “Scoop.”
She recently told The Hollywood Reporter, “How do I feel about Woody Allen? I love Woody. I believe him, and I would work with him anytime.”
The 34-year-old continued, “I see Woody whenever I can, and I have had a lot of conversations with him about it. I have been very direct with him, and he’s very direct with me. He maintains his innocence, and I believe him.”
But liberals see it differently.
Liberal newspaper institution the Los Angeles Times tweeted, “And now a moment of silence for Scarlett Johansson’s publicist.”

Without going into it, if you just look up “Scarlett Johansson Woody Allen” on Twitter then you’ll see all the outrage over her comment.
But the reason why they’re upset is because Woody Allen was accused of child pedophilia in 2014. And he also married his own adopted daughter – a daughter his former wife, Mia Farrow, adopted when she was just 9-years-old.
Soon-Yi Previn is that adopted daughter of Farrow.
And Previn has stated that Woody Allen “was never any kind of father figure [to her],” and added that she “never had any dealings with him” during her childhood.
They’ve been married since 1997, but you know liberals, they ache to be offended by something.
