LeBron James has gone full “woke” in his attempt to be a global icon.
Many professional athletes have followed in James’s footsteps like lemmings off a cliff.
But a pro-Trump UFC fighter called out LeBron James for one anti-American move.
It’s rare for entertainment celebrities to openly be conservative, and it’s even more rare in the Donald Trump era because the corporate press has tried to make him so toxic.
But UFC fighter Colby Covington stands apart from most in sports because of his unabashed support for Trump.
Covington also isn’t afraid to go after people who disrespect the country, and he recently went after NBA superstar LeBron James.
James has been regurgitating dangerous left-wing talking points to his huge social media following, including blaming voter suppression on Stacey Abrams’s loss in her bid to become governor of Georgia.
James also ignorantly suggested that it was “open season” against black people, which is disgusting and untrue.
Covington had enough and tweeted:
LOL at the snowflakes that believe @KingJames could even last 10 seconds with me! If that coward had the balls or the ability to kick anyone’s ass, Delonte West would’ve lost his teeth long before his meth habit! pic.twitter.com/TQZ56FBnt1

James also said that some police officers wake up and think to themselves about black people, “I’m gonna get me one today.”
This type of despicable rhetoric spouted by James and other members of the left have led to an unbelievably toxic environment for the police.
The consequence of that has been an uptick in violent crime in many Democrat-run cities.
It’s the Ferguson Effect (the idea that violent crime increases as police withdraw due to public demonization) on a massive scale.
Two Los Angeles police officers were shot in a cowardly ambush attack as they sat in their car.
The attempted hit was “payback” for the cops shooting and killing a suspect who brandished a gun at officers.
The anti-police rhetoric has gotten so out of hand, leftists are openly saying that the lives of cops don’t matter.
It’s unlikely that James will respond to the gauntlet thrown down by Covington because James just wants a pat on the back for his commitment to social justice.
He doesn’t seem too interested in actually rolling up his sleeves and doing the work that’s required.
James learned an important lesson from anti-American anthem protester Colin Kaepernick; the quickest way to power is to bend the knee to the left.
The sports world needs more Covingtons who stand up for American principles and fewer Jameses who simply parrot the talking points of the Democrats.
