You remember Jussie Smollett, right?
He’s that non-famous actor who suddenly became super famous after he allegedly lied to the Chicago Police Department that two MAGA-hat wearers beat him up on the streets of downtown. He will likely spend time behind bars when this is all said and done.
And now this NASCAR driver just became the new Jussie Smollett.
Dave Chappelle is so good at jokes that he has jokes inside of jokes. For example, in “Sticks and Stones,” Chappelle’s last Netflix special, he ends it by talking about that “famous French actor Juicy Smoolet.”
In it, Chappelle pokes holes in Smollett’s ridiculous story for everybody to see but you might have missed the biggest one.
Chappelle starts by saying that MAGA-hat wearers would never say that, and that it sounds like something “I would say.” Next, he points out that nobody walks around with rope like Smollett claimed. And then he’s impersonating a police officer asking where Juicy was going saying, “Subway? …Sandwiches?” Chappelle points out that getting sandwiches at 3am isn’t exactly credible.
But then he gets to the biggest plot hole of all. Chappelle as the police officer confirms his disbelief “MAGA HATS?” He excuses himself to another fictional police officer and says, “Find out where Kanye West was last night” which erupted in applause.
Now, on the surface it just seems like Chappelle is making fun of his Trump-supporting rap superstar friend. But that’s not the joke. You might have missed it.
The joke is Chappelle’s hilarious observation underneath it all, which is that the only person who could walk around downtown Chicago wearing a MAGA hat and come out completely unscathed, is in fact, Kanye West. Chappelle pointed out the biggest plot hole of Smollett’s story right there. Smollett caused irreparable harm to race relations in this country.
And then NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace just picked up Smollett’s baton and ran with it.
You’ve probably already heard Wallace supposedly found a noose in his garage at the Talladega Superspeedway over a week ago and told the authorities. NASCAR immediately announced its investigation into the incident while also saying they contacted the FBI.
Within 24 hours, NASCAR and the FBI concluded that the “noose” was actually a pull-handle for the garage door, and it has also been there since last year.
Wallace brought national attention to a moot controversy, furthering division between white and black Americans, who both desperately want this nightmare to end.
Instead of being objective, Wallace’s misguided panic induced nationwide panic, in the exact same way Smollett did.
Not only did liberals everywhere call this incredibly racist, after the FBI and NASCAR concluded on their findings, these same liberals still refused to accept it as a misunderstanding.
Former ESPN “journalist” Jemele Hill – who infamously called President Trump a white supremacist – continued to echo this as a racist act even though she knew it was just a pull rope.
The mainstream media pushed that narrative too.
Former Boston Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling called the incident what it really was: “So we have JussieSmollett v 2.0? Where is the media recanting their idiocy?”
It’s infuriating and obnoxious to see these people spread paranoia like this and blanket all President Trump supporters as racists.
This story just proves that liberals are willing to spread fear and how they really don’t care about the truth.
