LeBron James has damaged the sports world by becoming so political.
He routinely spouts nonsensical left-wing talking points.
But James is silent about one horrific murder that hit close to home.
LeBron James constantly wades into hot-button political issues and makes things worse with his inflammatory remarks.
After the Ahmaud Arbery murder, James made the insane contention that black people are “hunted” in America on a daily basis.
James threatened a police officer with the words “you’re next” after he shot a young woman who was milliseconds away from stabbing another young woman to death.
He only deleted the threat when he was shamed into doing so.
Yet James has been largely quiet about a horrific murder that took place in the parking lot of his I PROMISE Academy in Akron, Ohio.
A student at the school was murdered after attempting to be a peacemaker between his group of friends and the three adult criminals who ended up killing him.

“Bill Liming, the father of fatally beaten Ohio teen Ethan Liming, said his son was trying to defuse an altercation before he was beaten to death, adding that his son’s two friends, who are black, tried to rescue Ethan while he was still breathing, but were chased and assaulted by the perpetrators, who then ‘finished my son off’…Ethan, 17, was reportedly beaten to death near basketball courts of NBA star and political activist LeBron James’ I PROMISE School in Akron on June 2. Since the incident, three males — Donovon Jones, 21, Tyler Stafford, 19, and Deshawn Stafford Jr., 20 — have been arrested in connection to the boy’s death.”
Ethan’s friends apparently shot water guns near the killers who were playing basketball while he stayed in the car.
As the killers chased Ethan’s friends back to his car, he tried to play the role of peacemaker, and he was stomped to death.
Ethan’s father explained, “It’s been said that [his friends] abandoned Ethan and it’s not true…They did everything they possibly could to help Ethan. They called 911 to get help. And when Ethan was knocked out on the ground, his two African-American friends tried to pick up his body and put them in the car, to help save his life. He was still alive at that point. He was still breathing.”
Thus far, James has only sent out one tweet over the matter, and he didn’t bother to proofread it and fix the typos and grammatical errors.

Sports columnist and cultural critic Jason Whitlock ripped James for his double standard, writing, “LeBron is a political soldier for the Democratic Party. His bigotry is rooted in lust for political power. Democrats have painted their political opponents as bigots. It’s LeBron’s job to promote that narrative. He pounces on every high-profile opportunity, and he’s not above going the Jussie Smollett route and creating faux hate crime…That issue is to be ignored until it magically disappears due to indifference. LeBron is indifferent to the violence that killed Ethan Liming. LeBron, like many leftists, expects black men to randomly kill.”
Two years ago, the NBA playoffs were put on pause after alleged sexual assault perpetrator Jacob Blake was shot by the police in Kenosha, Wisconsin while resisting arrest.
As Whitlock further pointed out, if Ethan Liming had been black and his attackers white, the entire sports world would have shut down, and nationwide riots would have ensued because it would have fit the political narrative of the Democratic Party.
