We may be in a global crisis right now but who knows where we’ll be by the end of the year.
Hopefully, this will all blow right past us by the time November rolls around so incumbent President Trump can destroy either the favorite, former Vice President Joe Biden, or his only other distant competitor in the primaries, Sen. Bernie Sanders – in the 2020 General Election.
And this Hollywood favorite shocked everyone when saying he’d vote for Trump over Biden.
There was a television show in the mid to late 1990s called “NewsRadio” that featured a who’s who of comedic talent including “Kids in the Hall” alum Dave Foley, Andy Dick, esteemed character actor Stephen Root, Maura Tierney and the legendary “Saturday Night Live” alum Phil Hartman.
And it also featured a young up-and-coming standup comedian who clearly had no acting chops whatsoever, Joe Rogan.
After Hartman’s tragic death in 1997 – and a year and a half of declining ratings after they desperately replaced Hartman with Jon Lovitz – the show was abruptly canceled and each of the cast went on their merry ways.
For Rogan, he hosted a popular reality television series called “Fear Factor” and also became the go-to commentator for Mixed Martial Arts and the UFC. But he became a household name for his podcast “The Joe Rogan Experience,” which happens to be one of the most popular, one of the most downloaded podcasts, of all time.
In fact, for 2020, “The Joe Rogan Experience” ranked second on Top 100 US Podcasts in March. He frequently has high-profile guests on his show and tends to play things down the middle a lot, which ticks many Hollywood liberals off. Rogan is a self-proclaimed libertarian who’s not afraid to say what he disagrees with about each side. That’s precisely what makes him so popular.
Last Friday, Rogan ruffled more Hollywood feathers when he admitted he would rather vote for incumbent President Trump than Biden in the 2020 General Election.
He said, “I can’t vote for that guy. I’d rather vote for Trump than him. I don’t think he can handle anything.”
He said, “The pressure of being the president of the United States is something that no one has ever prepared for. The only one who seems to be fine with it is Trump, oddly enough. He doesn’t seem to be aging at all.”
That’s an astute observation. Obama, particularly, looked like his hair went grey in his first month as president. Trump, on the other hand, looks like he can take the stress because it doesn’t look like he’s aged one bit.
Can you imagine what that stress will do to Biden? The former vice president looks like he’s aged ten years just on the campaign trail. And with his mental ability in severe decline, becoming president will make it exponentially worse.
Rogan said of Biden, “If you want to talk about an individual leader who can communicate, he can’t do that.” Especially when he gets older.
There are millions of “Bernie Bros” who refuse to vote for any of the other Democratic candidates. The 2020 General Election is quickly shaping up to be an exact replica of the 2016 General Election with millions refusing to vote for Hillary like they’re saying now of Biden.
