Doesn’t it seem like the vitriol coming out of Hollywood towards President Trump gets exponentially worse day by day?
Every single celebrity, even quasi-celebrities, feel the need to get on social media and talk about their “feelings” because that’s what narcissists do.
But this A-list comedian crossed a major line after he made a truly awful comment about President Trump.
He’s widely considered to be one of the greatest comedians in Hollywood history.
In the 10th season premiere of “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” just a couple of short months ago, he joked about President Trump supporters, calling people who wear the red Make America Great Again hats “people repellants.”
In the episode, David wants to get out of obligations, so he wears the red hat around town and suddenly nobody wants to talk to him. Even President Trump tweeted a clip from the show saying “TOUGH GUYS FOR TRUMP!”

Obviously, President Trump didn’t see the whole episode, but in a vacuum it’s easy to see how somebody would take it out of context.
But we’re finding out that the “Seinfeld” co-creator not only despises Trump, he actually implied other dictators have “one decent quality” that our president doesn’t have.
In an interview with the New York Times, David said, “You know, it’s an amazing thing. The man has not one redeeming quality. You could take some of the worst dictators in history and I’m sure that all of them, you could find one decent quality. Stalin could have had one decent quality, we don’t know!”
Do you know any dictators that had any redeeming qualities? Can you name one from Adolf Hitler or Joseph Stalin? Keep in mind too that Stalin killed an estimated 20 million people.
But it’s the comparison that’s truly obnoxious. When has President Trump demonstrated dictatorial qualities? These Hollywood elitists do realize we live in a democracy, right? As much as the left is desperate to paint the right as an embodiment of some of the most despicable words in the English language, we all know it isn’t true.
It certainly isn’t true with Trump either.
Also, in the interview, David says Trump’s press conferences during this global crisis is “the hardest thing about the day” while adding, “watching what comes out of this guy’s mouth… it turns you into a maniac because you’re yelling at the television.”
It’s definitely just leftists screaming at the television because deep down they know President Trump runs circles around all of the liberal media White House Press Corps.
In the meantime, David is on the Joe Biden bandwagon for the upcoming election. Recently, David said Sen. Bernie Sanders should drop out saying, “I feel he should drop out. Because he’s too far behind. He can’t get the nomination. And I think, you know, it’s no time to fool around here. Everybody’s got to support Biden.”
Keep in mind too that David plays Sen. Sanders on “Saturday Night Live” currently.
But aren’t Hollywood elitists supposed to be wary of alleged sexual assaulters amid the Me Too movement? Biden was accused last month of sexual assault dating back to the 1990s. Clearly, David didn’t get the memo.
