The politicization of American culture has exploded since the election of Donald Trump.
The left went utterly insane and felt the need to inject politics where it didn’t belong.
Now one anti-Trump NBA coach said something about America that will make you sick.
San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich has always been known as terse and surly.
But over the past few years, he’s decided to speak out a lot, often unprovoked.
Popovich is a wild anti-American leftist who constantly makes it known how much he hates the country.
And during an Innocence Project event, Popovich climbed on a soapbox and griped about how racist and horrible America was.
Popovich said, “This is the country we live in. I don’t have the answers, but it pisses me off. It hurts me. It confounds me. And I wonder where the hell will I live? I live in a country I did not know exists. I knew there were racists, I understand that. But I had no idea it was to this level, and that the injustice and the seeking of power was so rampant that we are in the position we’re in now.”

In true leftist fashion, Popovich claims that racism is as bad as it’s ever been.
This is a common tactic of the left.
In order to sell their perpetual grievance narrative, the state of the country must always be as bad as it’s ever been.
Even though America is the least racist country in the world and it’s more tolerant than it’s ever been, Popovich claims that it’s worse than it’s ever been.
Some leftists will argue with a straight face that racism is worse in 2022 than it was during Jim Crow because racism is more insidious and invisible today.
The racism is so hidden, leftists like actor Jussie Smollet have to invent it.
Popovich has gone on countless screeds over the past few years.
He once called Donald Trump a “soulless coward” and also called Texas officials “cowards” for not locking down the state and tanking the economy.
Popovich also called up The Nation, a far-left publication, in order to rant about politics.
He recently went on a gun control rant after the horrific shooting in Uvalde.
Popovich said, “Nobody’s trying to take away anybody’s guns, nobody. But they said that this 18-year-old, he probably had mental challenges, but they gave him a gun. They gave him an AR-15. They didn’t give him a hunting rifle, they didn’t give him a handgun, and the things that’s amazing to me about that….Wait a minute, why can anybody buy an AR-15? I shouldn’t be able to buy one, you shouldn’t be able to buy one. What the hell do you need an AR-15 for?”
Of course, leftists like Popovich would never leave the country, nor would they ever criticize other countries.
For example, Popovich had little to say after NBA-sponsored camps in China were exposed as being abusive toward attendees.
The left has been taught to hate America and compare it to a Utopia that could never exist.
And Popovich is a perfect example of that.
