The Democrats’ nominee to run against incumbent President Donald Trump is essentially between former Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. Bernie Sanders. Technically, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard is still in the race but the statistical chance of her getting the nomination is a long shot.
That means these candidates will be picking their running mates soon.
And Whoopi Goldberg crazily thinks this person should be Joe Biden’s vice president running mate.
ABC’s daytime talk show, “The View,” is one of the most toxic anti-President Trump shows on television. Even the lone “Republican” on the show – recently deceased Sen. John McCain’s daughter, Meghan – is on the never-Trump bandwagon.
It’s mostly a liberal cesspool of propaganda largely perpetuated by failed actresses and comedians’ Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar.

To give you an idea of just how ridiculous those two can be; last May ABC producers made an executive decision to censor out some language regarding a recap of Trump’s trip to Japan and North Korean Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un’s missile tests.
A clip was shown of Trump “agreeing” with Kim’s assessment of the former U.S vice president as “a low IQ individual,” and then the co-hosts started in.
After some roundtable discussion, Goldberg started to go off on Trump’s penchant for labeling rivals with derisive nicknames. Her words were muted four times in less than 20 seconds, but exactly what she said is unclear.

Then, after an ad break, Behar discussed how Trump was courting black voters with an attack on Biden’s support for the 1994 crime bill saying, “Black people know about Charlottesville. And they know about him saying these are [censored] countries.”
The sound was muted but you could see her mouth moving and it appeared as though Behar pointed to the control room and said, “You can bleep that.”
Clearly, they were perturbed their liberal propaganda was censored.
And yet they persist. The other day Goldberg pitched the idea that former President Barack Obama should be Biden’s vice president after he had a favorable turnout on Super Tuesday last week.
The conversation went like this:
Goldberg said, “So I had another — I’ve been sitting here — I’ve been crazy all morning.”
Co-host Meghan McCain replied, “It’s a crazy time.”
Goldberg said, “I’m sorry. I’m just going to do my crazy right now.”
McCain said, “I like it. I like when we go rogue.”
Goldberg continued, “Everybody was thinking about who could the VP be for Joe. I thought, oh man, what would happen if Joe Biden said my choice for VP is Barack Obama?”
The liberal audience cheered and Goldberg touted, “He won’t, but it’s not illegal.”
McCain said, “It’s not going to happen.”
ABC legal analyst and co-host Sunny Hostin said, “I don’t think it’s illegal.”
Goldberg said, “It’s not illegal.”
Co-host Joy Behar said, “But you have to be eligible to run for president when you’re the vice president and he can’t.”
Goldberg said, “That’s not true.”
So, the question is, could Barack Obama serve as vice president? Well, that’s a muddy issue and it would likely have to be interpreted by the Supreme Court.
The Founding Fathers placed no limits in the U.S. Constitution on how many times any one person could be elected, but in 1947 after Franklin Delano Roosevelt won four times in a row, Congress passed the 22nd Amendment which created a two-term limit for future presidents.
The language says, “No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.”
However, the 12th Amendment (ratified in 1804 to fix some unexpected issues with the originally specified methods for selecting the President and Vice-President) states that “no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of president shall be eligible to that of Vice President of the United States.”
We all know Obama has already been elected President twice so he isn’t eligible to become vice president afterward and thereby potentially sneak into the presidency again through the back door. If Biden becomes incapacitated or dies unexpectedly in office then Obama would become president again and that’s technically illegal.
Goldberg is wrong.
Again, though, the Supreme Court would have to rule on this. But would Obama really want the job? He appears to be enjoying the Hollywood limelight and vacationing more than being a public servant.
