Streaming giant Netflix has a lot to answer for.
The service caused an uproar after the release of a controversial film.
Now one Netflix star jeopardized Joe Biden’s campaign after a shocking arrest.
Netflix is in hot water on multiple fronts.
The streaming service caught flak left, right, and center due to marketing for a film called “Cuties.”
The film features 11-year-old girls “twerking” (sexually suggestive dancing) exploitatively, and members of Congress have called for the film to be pulled.
And that isn’t even the worst scandal to hit the content platform recently.
Netflix star Jerry Harris—a cheerleader who appears in the docuseries “Cheer”—was arrested for allegedly soliciting sex from minors.
The FBI raided Harris’s home after two 14-year-olds accused Harris of inappropriate behavior.
This complicates matters for Joe Biden because he recruited Harris as a surrogate.
The two appeared in a video together to push a voting initiative, but the video has since been deep-sixed.

Netflix has become unabashedly left wing.
The company signed the Obamas to a massive producing deal, and one of their first projects was the propaganda film “American Factory.”
The film won the Oscar for Best Documentary, and during the acceptance speech, one of the co-directors literally used the Marxist phrase “workers of the world unite.”
That’s that type of agitprop that can be expected from Netflix.
Netflix, too, produced the series “When They See Us,” a piece of revisionist history about the Central Park Five.
This latest scandal involving Harris comes at the worst possible time for Netflix.
The backlash against “Cuties” has been severe, so accusations of pedophilia fro a top star is a terrible look.
This is also a bad look for Biden because the left has gone to bat for “Cuties,” so Harris’s arrest makes them look even more ridiculous.
According to the Washington Free Beacon:
“Just three months ago the Biden campaign used Harris, who has over a million followers on Instagram, as part of Biden’s push to sway young voters and “win back the internet,” Time magazine reported. The Instagram live video of Harris and Biden was viewed nearly 300,000 times and remains on social media.”
The effort to delete the video is an example of too little, too late.
It’s already out there.
Biden’s lead in the general election is tightening, so tangential association with a sex scandal is the last thing he needs.
