LeBron James has been on an anti-police crusade for over a year.
One police officer finally called him out for his damaging rhetoric.
But the cop who exposed James got hit with some stunning news.
There’s no doubt that Colin Kaepernick’s anti-American anthem protest inspired LeBron James to get political.
Soon after, James endorsed Hillary Clinton for president and campaigned alongside her on stage.
James has only gotten more political ever since, particularly in his anti-police broadsides.
James implied that cops woke up with the intent of killing innocent black men, but that was a far cry from his rhetoric in 2015.
Back then before he got political, James spoke responsibly about how to avoid negative interactions with the police.
Six years later, James sent a threatening tweet to a police officer who saved a young woman’s life by shooting another young woman he was rearing back to stab her with a big kitchen knife.
James was eventually shamed into deleting the tweet and issuing a soft apology, but that didn’t stop police officers from roasting him.
Deputy Marshal Nate Silvester of the Bellevue, Idaho was the first to parody James’s despicable tweet:

Silvester was suspended for his social media post, but was reinstated.
However, Bellevue mayor Ned Burns said Silvester had been terminated from his job for a nebulous reason.
Burns said in a statement:
“During the week of May 20th, while on shift Deputy Marshal [Nate] Silvester violated several clearly established City of Bellevue and State of Idaho Policing policies…After his previous policy violations Deputy Marshal Silvester was placed on probation and was on, what is called, a ‘last chance agreement’ with his superior officers…Because of his continued policy violations, the Marshal has terminated Mr. Sylvester effective May 27th, 2021…The policy violations have nothing to do with the tone or the tenor of his speech that he posts online. He was not terminated for the content of his speech; he was terminated for his failure to follow clearly laid out and well established policy.”
What those alleged policy violations were may never be known, but it seems clear there was an intent to get rid of Silvester.
During the endless riots of 2020, police precincts were burned to the ground, businesses were destroyed, and dozens were killed.
But some of the people who got the harshest punishments were law-abiding citizens.
Silvester went after a sacred cow, and it ultimately cost him his job.

Criminals get a free pass, while people who follow the law get hit the hardest.
