Donald Trump broke the brains of countless liberals.
In many cases, their hatred of Trump preceded their own social demise.
And a Trump-deranged Hollywood star just made one stomach-turning mistake.
Actor Alec Baldwin boosted his career over the past five years by lampooning Donald Trump on Saturday Night Live.
He’s also fired off several screeds lambasting Trump and Republicans.
But now Baldwin is under the spotlight for a horrific reason.
While producing and starring in a western called Rust, Baldwin accidentally fired a gun that tragically killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, and wounded director Joel Souza.
Details are still sketchy, but it seems as though Baldwin was told the gun was “cold,” meaning it was not loaded with blanks; live ammo is almost never used on a set, which makes the killing even more bizarre.
Baldwin released a carefully worded statement that did not include an admission of guilt.

There are no words to convey my shock and sadness regarding the tragic accident that took the life of Halyna Hutchins, a wife, mother and deeply admired colleague of ours. I’m fully cooperating with the police investigation to address how this tragedy occurred and— AlecBaldwin(HABF) (@AlecBaldwin) October 22, 2021
Baldwin has a long history of being a gun control activist who’s been hostile toward gun owners and Second Amendment advocates.
Some online users on social media dredged up old comments from Baldwin in order to club him over the head.

One of the factors that could’ve contributed to Hutchins’s death is that the production was apparently cutting corners.
In fact, crew members had walked off the set due to poor working conditions, and some had raised questions about gun safety.
From The Los Angeles Times:
The camera operators and their assistants were frustrated by the conditions surrounding the low-budget film, including complaints of long hours and pay, according to three people familiar with the matter who were not authorized to comment. The camera crew showed up for work as expected at 6:30 a.m. Thursday and began gathering up their gear and personal belongings to leave, one knowledgeable crew member told the Los Angeles Times…
Union shoots where guns are used have a gun armorer, but the one on this production was apparently inexperienced in the role.
And it’s still unclear exactly who screwed up before the gun was given to Baldwin, and why he was pointing the gun at anyone.
One theory is that he was shooting at the camera as a point-of-view shot, but plexiglass is often used in such an instance.
The Times continued:
“Corners were being cut — and they brought in nonunion people so they could continue shooting,” the knowledgeable person said. There were two misfires on the prop gun and one the previous week, the person said, adding “there was a serious lack of safety meetings on this set.”
There are still many questions to be answered, and Baldwin will be under heavy scrutiny to provide them because he was the lead actor who pulled the trigger, and he was the producer of the film.
