Just when you think Hollywood and all the liberal elitists who work in that industry couldn’t be any more hypocritical they totally one-up themselves.
If you weren’t watching the NFL on Sunday you might have noticed that the Golden Globe Awards were on Sunday night where filmmakers get dressed up to pat each other on the backs for three-plus hours straight.
And you won’t believe how hypocritical this move was that happened on the red carpet just outside the theater.
Hollywood has the uncanny ability to make a slew of movies every single year that feature gun violence while also pretending that they want to do away with the 2nd Amendment of the United States Constitution.
For instance, the sequel to Halloween came out late last year – forty-year anniversary of the original – and it featured a recluse Laurie Strode who has been hoping deranged serial killer Michael Myers escapes from the mental asylum so that she can kill him.
With what you might ask? Guns. A lot of them. She has dozens of mannequins in her backyard that she shoots at for target practice. These guns are necessary to kill the psychotic Myers.
But Jamie Lee Curtis has a personal vendetta against guns and claimed that the 2ndAmendment needed a massive overhaul. This, of course, is counter intuitive to the role she played. All of Hollywood seems to have the same ideology as Curtis’.
That’s why it was hypocritical to see that the red carpet of the Golden Globes had security that would make President Trump jealous. These Hollywood elitists were fortunate enough to have armed guards, LAPD officers, bomb-sniffing dogs and barricades to make sure they were safe.
One law enforcement official’s justification for this was, “The recent attacks in Europe only reinforce that nothing can be left to chance tactically and strategically. Our plan is to have eyes everywhere and shut down any possible disturbance that could arise long before it gets anywhere near the venue or the event.”
Security was ramped up due to the stabbing at a United Kingdom railway station in Manchester on New Year’s Eve.
But federal law enforcement was also there to protect the anti-gun elitists as well.
A Beverly Hills public information manager named Keith Sterling also noted, “As you might imagine, we are prohibited from discussing the specific security plans we have in place. But this is an extensive, collaborative effort, with federal and local agencies assisting the Beverly Hills Police Department.”
And the Beverly Hills police chief took a picture.

Do you smell the hypocrisy yet?
Why do these actors and actresses who vehemently disagree with the 2nd Amendment need this level of protection? What could they possibly be afraid of that they would only feel safe if good guys with guns were there?
