The Wuhan virus has destroyed lives across the globe.
Many officials have made the problem worse with authoritarian lockdowns.
But two rock legends did one thing that drove Trump haters crazy.
Donald Trump has been one of the few world leaders who have come out strongly against lockdowns.
Despite protestations from pro-lockdown zealots like Dr. Anthony Fauci, the science is on Trump’s side.
Many well-credentialed infectious disease experts from around the world have signed onto the Great Barrington Declaration, which states that draconian lockdowns are a terrible answer to COVID-19.
Since Trump has become an avatar for lockdowns and the so-called mainstream media decry everything he does, the “Orange Man Bad” Trump haters viciously oppose anyone who isn’t fully on board with the endless lockdown agenda.
And rock legends Eric Clapton and Van Morrison caught flak from the left for speaking out against the damage of lockdowns and particularly the effect they’ve had on the arts community.
Both support the Lockdown Financial Hardship Fund, and released the single “Stand and Deliver” in an effort to raise money and awareness.
Morrison said to Variety, “It is heartbreaking to see so many talented musicians lack any meaningful support from the government…but we want to reassure them that we are working hard every day to lobby for the return of live music, and to save our industry.”
Morrison has routinely tweeted and retweeted about the disastrous effects of the lockdowns across the globe.
The #government restrictions are damaging the arts sector, disregarding the professionals within the #music, #theatre, and #liveperformance sectors.

Live music has been absolutely crushed by lockdowns, but scientists recently released a study that showed people can safely attend concerts.
However, this revelation hasn’t loosened any of the harsh lockdown measures.
Clapton echoed Morrison’s concerns about the brutal lockdowns and said, “There are many of us who support Van and his endeavors to save live music; he is an inspiration…We must stand up and be counted because we need to find a way out of this mess. The alternative is not worth thinking about. Live music might never recover.”
Other celebrities have expressed concerns about COVID madness that has taken hold of society.
The “follow the science” lockdown brigade is ignoring the science.
Lockdowns have not only proven to be ineffective, but they’ve shown to do more harm than good on multiple fronts.
