Yes, Stephen King is a known President Trump hater. Who in Hollywood or across the arts spectrum isn’t against him?
The ones who have declared themselves pro-Trump supporters have either been intensely criticized or outright excommunicated. The best examples of the excommunicated are Roseanne Barr and James Woods. Both have a slim shot of reinvigorating their careers.
But master of horror and maybe the biggest novelist in the world, Stephen King, just went unhinged against Trump in the craziest way.
The list of Hollywood celebrities against Trump is endless. To ramble off a list of those specific Hollywood elitists who condemn Trump would take entirely too long to fill out.
Imagine what you go through filling out paperwork for any doctor visit and multiply that by a million – that’s pretty much what it is.
In terms of novelists, some of the biggest in the world have been overt about their disdain towards Trump like “Harry Potter” novelist J.K. Rowling.
For instance, about a year ago, Trump tweeted, “After having written many best selling books, and somewhat priding myself on my ability to write, it should be noted that the Fake News constantly likes to pore over my tweets looking for a mistake. I capitalize certain words only for emphasis, not b/c they should be capitalized!”
Rowling tweeted back, “’pour’ hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.”
Merriam-Webster’s Twitter site also clarified:
‘pore over’ 🔍”to read or study very carefully”
‘pour over’ ☕️”to make expensive coffee”
‘comb over’ 💇♂️”to comb hair from the side of the head to cover the bald spot”https://t.co/br20fgpmAb

So suddenly we’re Grammar Nazis? Yes, she’s gifted at writing but why is it that she has to be so self-righteous by a common mistake?
But Stephen King took it to a whole new level and not just for Trump but for his supporters too:
King tweeted, “I think we all agree that Donald Trump is a vile, racist, and incompetent bag of guts and waters. How happy I would be to tell him ‘YOU’RE FIRED’ next November.”

King is a billionaire; like Trump, make no mistake about it.
He does have clout with calling Americans out but not the most powerful person in the world with Donald Trump. He’s literally the leader of the free world and this disrespect is undeserving, disrespectful and uncanny.
Nevertheless, King still went hard at him.
He tweeted this in 2018, “The current White House staff is bad tempered, arrogant, insensitive, and largely incompetent. What does that say about the boss?”
It seems like everything (actually it is) King tweets is specifically about his hatred for President Trump. The funny thing is that although people wouldn’t normally consider world-class writers Hollywood elitists, they certainly are.
Both Rowling and King are constantly adapting their books into screenplays – even if they have screenwriters doing it for them.
This is just an all around unhinged atmosphere across the artistic spectrum.
