The left has gone completely mad.
And that madness has deeply infected the sports world.
And one sports legend called out a dangerous loony liberal policy.
More people are finally speaking out against the insanity of biological males competing against women in sports.
The breaking point might have been University of Pennsylvania swimmer Lia Thomas “transitioning” and mopping the floor with the competition.
Thomas went from a middling swimmer in the men’s division to the number one swimmer in the women’s division and broke several world records.
Now women’s tennis legend Chris Evert, an 18-time major title champion, is joining fellow tennis legend Martina Navratilova in speaking out against the unfairness of biological males competing in female sports.
British swimmer Sharron Davies, a silver medalist in the 1980 Olympics, expressed a message that Evert endorsed.
Davies wrote, “Females are not small males with less testosterone we are a totally different sex with different biological challenges to juggle with training &life. We deserve our own classification in sport & absolutely not 2race with opposition who we know have an unfair advantage. Fair 1st.”
Agree…..so true, and facts to back this up as well… https://t.co/a2X8I0N9L7

Evert elaborated on her point by describing her matches with transgender tennis player Renee Richards.
Evert explained during an interview, “I competed against Renee Richards when she was 43 and was not in shape, as she admitted, and [struggled to beat her] — and I was ranked No. 1 in the world…The wingspan. The size of the heart. The size of the lungs. The speed. The fast twitch muscles. The testosterone. There’s just everything pointing to the fact that men are quicker, stronger, et cetera than women — especially after puberty.”
It’s absurd that this even needs to be said, but radical transgender activists are arguing the opposite, and compliant liberals are just going along with the nonsense.
Evert continued, “For Renee Richards, who I really admire, to come out and say, ‘Now, I think it would be wrong for me to compete…Because if I was 25, I would wipe everyone off the court.’ Those are quotes that she said. This isn’t me saying them…It’s just about the physicalities of the body. It has nothing to do with anything else than the physicalities of the body. I support transgender people very, very much…But, at some point you have to look at science and medicine, and look at that statistic, rather than ‘Wouldn’t it be nice to include transgenders into women’s sports?’”
Evert is completely correct, and the issue needs to be nipped in the bud now because it becomes culturally normalized and even more ridiculous examples occur.
It wouldn’t take long for a mediocre Division III men’s basketball player to “transition” and lay waste to the WNBA.
The transgender craze is in its infancy and women and girls have already been forced to watch biological males dominate in certain sports.
Leftists will not stop pushing for insanity on the rest of society, so people like Evert and Navratilova must continue to speak out and others the cover to do so as well.
