The Democrats rely on entertainment celebrities to support their policies.
Most with different views keep their politics to themselves.
But a rapper who supported Biden is having second thoughts after one disaster.
Rapper Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, supported Joe Biden in the 2020 election against Donald Trump, but she made Biden and the Democrats uncomfortable when she complained about just how bad inflation has become.
Thanks in part to Biden’s policies, inflation has reached its highest levels in 40 years, and when using the traditional Consumer Price Index model from that era, inflation is actually much worse.
During a profanity-laced tirade, Almánzar posed the question, “How are people surviving?”
The Democrats have attempted to pretend that the economic crisis is not happening and everything is fine.
But people are feeling the crunch regardless of what the Democrats and their media allies say.
Almánzar ranted, “There’s no motherf*cking inventory when it comes to homes,” Cardi B said. “Nobody’s gonna try to sell their f—king homes.”
While helping her cousin find housing, she was stunned at how high rent had risen, explaining, “I was looking at some areas. The way that the prices soar up…like how are people surviving? I want to know. My family and my friends, they’re so grateful to have me, but it’s just like, what happens to people who don’t have a me? … All these promises are being made, but living is unbearable.”

Without knowing it, Almánzar is exposing the fact that inflation is a hidden, regressive tax that hurts the poor and the middle class the most.
When prices outpace wage increases, which is what is happening now, people’s standard of living decreases because a dollar buys few goods and services.
Meanwhile, rich Democrats advocating for higher taxes are not affected nearly as much by higher prices for everyday items.
This isn’t the first time Almánzar has sparked discussion about bad Democratic policy.
In 2018, she complained about high taxes, saying, “So you know the government is taking 40 percent of my taxes…And, Uncle Sam, I want to know what you’re doing with my f*cking tax money. Because, you know what I’m saying? When you donate, when you donate to a kid from a foreign country, they give you updates of what they’re doing with your donation…What are y’all doing? … There’s still rats on the damn trains. I know you’re not spending it in no damn prison because y’all be giving [people] two underwear, one jumpsuit for five months. So what are y’all doing with my f*cking money? What is y’all doing with my f*cking money? I want to know. I want receipts.”
That is a question everyone should be asking.
Unfortunately for Almánzar, big government is defined by waste, fraud, and abuse.
Someone needs to slip Cardi B a copy of Thomas Sowell’s “Basic Economics.”
