Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have dragged themselves into another controversy.
The Sussex Royals remain the source of unending family drama.
Now Harry and Meghan just got the embarrassment of their lives.
Both Harry and Meghan once had high approval ratings among the British people.
But that changed when the two began to antagonize and publicly humiliate the family.
After the couple sat for a tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey where they accused the Royal Family of racism, Harry’s favorability with Brittons dropped below 50% for the first time.
And now the two of them were booed at a Royal Family event.
From The Daily Wire:
“Leaving St. Paul’s Cathedral on Friday after a religious service of thanksgiving marking the 70th year of his grandmother Queen Elizabeth’s reign, Great Britain’s Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle were booed by onlookers. Queen Elizabeth did not attend the service after making three appearances on Thursday. She reportedly watched the service on television.”
Piers Morgan, who quit his role as presenter of Good Morning Britain amid backlash from criticizing the couple after the Oprah interview, said the episode was shocking.
“The idea of Prince Harry getting booed by the British public would have been unthinkable three or four years ago,” Piers Morgan commented.
In the bombshell interview, Meghan also said that the family was indifferent to her supposed mental health struggles and she contemplated suicide.
She claimed she didn’t go through with it because she didn’t want Harry to tragically lose his mother and his wife, which is emotional manipulation of the highest order.
Samantha Markle, Meghan’s half-sister, explained after witnessing the interview, “I definitely see a narcissistic personality disorder. I’m not diagnosing her. She needs to see a counselor…I feel sorry for Harry. She pulled him away from his family, all of his friends, the life that he knew. He reminds me of one of those kidnap victims who eventually starts to believe that their life was so horrible and they’re in love with their captor.”
Prince Harry did not attend a memorial service for his grandfather Prince Philip, claiming that he did not feel safe in the UK.
That spurred royal biographer Angela Levin to lay into him.
From The Daily Mail:
“Levin has slammed the Duke as a ‘child stamping his feet’ over the decision and said the move was tantamount to ‘blackmail,’ warning the Duke could use dropping out of major events at the last minute as leverage to secure personal protective security in the UK. Levin warned that although Harry ‘has snubbed the Duke of Edinburgh but really he is snubbing the Queen’ who is still ‘grieving the loss of her husband of 73 years’ – and was only given 15 minutes advance notice of Harry’s announcement on Friday evening.”
Levin expounded, “It’s all about ‘me, me, me’ rather than going out of his way for his grandmother and showing her he cares. He’s behaving like a child stamping his feet.”
Harry and Meghan could have been beloved by the British people, but they chose to pander to Hollywood instead.
