On Tuesday, Ohio had its special election for the 12th Congressional district between Democrat candidate Danny O’Connor and Republican candidate Troy Balderson.
It was not the night that liberals hoped for as Balderson squeaked out an unofficial win the Democrats were hoping to flip.
And one Trump-hating Hollywood elitist was furious to the point where she blamed Russia for “meddling.”
It’s probably something Republicans and President Trump supporters should get used to, which is that liberals will blame “Russian meddling” if their Democratic candidate loses in future elections.
It will undoubtedly be the card they play because they will certainly be in the denial stage of grief.
That definitely goes for actress Alyssa Milano who was the first to do exactly that.
The Charmed actress complained on twitter, “You know what sucks? Because of our unwillingness to pass policy that protects our election integrity, I immediately think the Green Party votes tonight are Russian meddling. Why else would anyone cast a protest vote in Ohio when there’s so much at stake?”

The Democrats claimed that the Green Party votes were the key to flipping the district, but the reality was that it wouldn’t have made a difference.
The votes are still being tallied right now and it may be a couple of weeks before we have an official winner in the election.
But as of now, with 100% of precincts reporting, Balderson leads O’Connor with a somewhat comfortable 1,754 votes.
The Green Party candidate, Joe Manchik, only scored a staggeringly low 1,127 votes, a little over six hundred votes shy of the difference between Balderson and O’Connor. Not to mention, there’s no guarantee that all 1,127 votes would’ve all gone towards O’Connor.
The reason why Green Party voters choose them is usually because they’re sick of condescending Democrats.
However, there are some 8,000 provisional ballots left to count and if you talk to anybody in O’Connor’s camp – including the Hollywood elites – they’ll argue that the chances are great that O’Connor will still win. It’s unlikely, but it’s possible.
But Milano just had to blame the outcome on “Russian meddling,” which what she really means is that she believes the Russians altered votes.
That’s not meddling, that’s voter fraud and it’s illegal.
Meddling however is not illegal. It’s unethical but not illegal.
And it’s not like the United States hasn’t been doing the same thing around the world for decades.
We’ve meddled in every foreign power’s election that we deem worthy to do so. Vietnam and Venezuela are great examples.
President Trump was right when he was questioned about why we’d want to be friends with our hostile enemy and said, “You think we’re so innocent?”
Either people’s memories are short or they all have a “do as I say, not as I do” complex.
