Leftists encouraged people around the world to disrespect the American flag.
But one poll about the national anthem made Kaepernick furious.
Former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick damaged the world of sports permanently with his anti-American anthem protests.
Since then, sports leagues have only become more political, and fans are turning away in significant numbers.
But a new Washington Post-University of Maryland poll showed that 71% of adults have a positive feeling when the national anthem is played.

The unpatriotic sentiment pushed hard by the so-called mainstream media appears to be waning as more people have a positive feeling about the anthem.
At the height of Kaepernick’s protest, it was roughly a 60-40 split in favor of the anthem.

“The Washington Post-University of Maryland poll found an overwhelming (84 percent) number of Americans said they support the anthem being played or sung before professional sporting events when asked. Only 16 percent said they opposed hearing the anthem.
In comparison, a previous poll from 2017 found 62 percent of respondents supporting professional sports teams playing the anthem before the sports game started. This shows that the support for the anthem actually increased by 22 percentage points over the past four years.”
As Black Lives Matter and Antifa extremists tore apart the country for several months during 2020, the anti-American and anti-police protests have lost whatever luster they had.
It turns out that Americans don’t like enduring months of street violence and over $2 billion in property damage across multiple cities.
A Gallup poll from 2020 showed that 80% of black respondents wants the same level of engagement or more from police officers in their neighborhoods, and that’s in the midst of a relentless anti-police message from celebrities and the corporate press.
At a fundamental level, the hard Left hates America, and they are quickly taking over the Democrat Party.
It’s become a common talking point among the mainstream left that America is “systemically racist” and must be cleansed from its root.
Meanwhile, Kaepernick is enjoying the spoils of being a radical left-wing hero.
He inked deals with Penguin Random House, Disney, Netflix, and EA Sports, among others.
Kaepernick also released a book of essays and police and prison abolition.
Unsurprisingly, these communists never explain how such a system would work, and they wouldn’t hesitate to throw their ideological opponents in a gulag.
