The Democrat Media Complex is slowly losing its hold on the narrative.
The reason why is because press outlets are torpedoing their own credibility.
Now one morning television show made an embarrassing mistake about the Supreme Court.
Leftists are still enraged over the Supreme Court’s ruling to overturn Roe v. Wade in the landmark Dobbs decision.
The 6-3 decision has caused prominent Democrats to call the high court “illegitimate.”
Unhinged California Congresswoman Maxine Waters went so far as to say, “To hell with the Supreme Court.”
But liberals hit pause on their Supreme Court outrage to celebrate Ketanji Brown Jackson being sworn in.
And Good Morning America made a huge plunder when the show tweeted, “Ketanji Brown Jackson is sworn in as the first black Supreme Court justice in U.S. history.”
Many people were quick to point out that Jackson is the third black person on the Supreme Court.
The left’s racism means they don’t consider conservatives such as Justice Thomas as black, and their historical ignorance means they don’t know who Thurgood Marshall was. pic.twitter.com/I5QKGQDSuu

As embarrassing as the mistake by Good Morning America was, it should not come as any surprise because the left’s entire ethos is built around grievance and society being worse than ever at any given moment in time.
If leftists actually acknowledge progress, they undercut their own fear-mongering and electoral strategy.
So it’s not a shock that some leftist low-level producer operating the Good Morning America Twitter account does not know history beyond grievance and oppression.
That’s why Thurgood Marshall was overlooked.
And as political commentator Mike Cernovich pointed out above, Clarence Thomas is invisible to the left.
In a similar vein, the left ignores Sandra Day O’Connor as the first female Supreme Court Justice because she was a Ronald Reagan appointee.
In the eyes of the left, the “real” first woman on the high court was Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
And in true leftist fashion, Ginsburg’s legacy is being hammered by the left because she did not step down when Barack Obama was in office.
Ginsburg wanted the first female president to nominate her successor, but that plan went out the window when Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton in 2016.
Democrats blame her for allowing Trump to nominate the swing vote.
As for Jackson, she almost did not become the first black woman on the Supreme Court.
In 2005, then-Senator Joe Biden threatened to filibuster Janice Rogers Brown if she were appointed by George W. Bush to replace O’Connor.
The Democrats’ supposed concern for minorities and women goes out the window if they’re conservative.
It’s also ironic that Jackson is being touted as the first black woman on the Supreme Court when she could not define the word “woman” during her confirmation hearing.
Senator Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee asked Jackson if she could define the word, and she responded, “I’m not a biologist.”
That’s how radical the Left have become, but the rekindling of the abortion debate magically clarified the issue for them.
