China is hellbent on becoming the preeminent world power.
And Western countries are helping them every step of the way.
Now one major sporting event was shamed into questioning the awful thing China did.
The Australian Open went back on its cowardly decision to ban attendees from wearing T-shirts that read: “Peng Shuai?”
Peng Shuai is a Chinese professional tennis player who accused a Chinese Communist Party member of rape, then suspiciously disappeared from the public eye.
She then released a dubious message saying that she was safe, but people around the globe—including some of the biggest names in professional sports like Serena Williams and LeBron James—voiced their concerns over Peng Shuai.
At first, a Tennis Australia spokesman said of the Australian Open protests.
“Under our ticket conditions of entry we don’t allow clothing, banners or signs that are commercial or political…Peng Shuai’s safety is our primary concern. We continue to work with the [Women’s Tennis Association] WTA and global tennis community to seek more clarity on her situation and will do everything we can to ensure her wellbeing.”
But after the video of protesters being harassed went viral, the Australian Open reversed course.

Investigative reporter and author Peter Schweizer wrote in his new book “Red-Handed” how American corporations—and the West as a whole—are kowtowing to the CCP.
Schweizer explained in an interview with Fox News host Mark Levin:
“President Xi comes to the United States to meet Barack Obama, but instead of seeing the president first, he stops in Seattle and has a powwow with the biggest tech executives in the United States. All the big names are there: Tim Cook from Apple, it’s being held at Bill Gates’s house, and they’re starstruck. In fact, when President Xi enters the room, Tim Cook turns to his colleagues and says, ‘Did you feel the earth move?’”
Leftists are enamored with authoritarians.
Australia in particular has been under fire for its jaw-dropping COVID prohibitions.
The country has enforced quarantines, and even banned reigning Australian Open champion Novak Djokovic from entering the country due to his COVID vaccine status.
Australia is taking a beating for its authoritarian actions, and more people need to be shining a light on what’s happening in the country.
