The Democrats are ramping up their fear-mongering in an attempt to protect Joe Biden.
His presidency is already on the ropes in under a year.
And a liberal comic infuriated Biden and the Democrats with five words.
Joe Biden and the COVID regime have escalated the hysteria in an attempt to justify seizing power.
It seems as if public health officials want people cooped up inside indefinitely, or they must put an experimental vaccine in their arms.
Americans are getting fed up with it, even liberals.
And late night comedian Bill Maher is probably the loudest liberal voice expressing frustration with the COVID regime.
Last year, he urged young and healthy people to go out and live their lives.
Now that the vaccine is available, he’s encouraging everyone to do the same.
Maher pointed out the absurdity of telling everyone to mask up even after taking the vaccine.
But the most damaging thing he said to the Democratic cause was “red states are a joy.”
During a segment on the forever-pandemic, Maher started by slamming blue states and said:
“I mean, come on. Fifteen of 100,000. That’s where we are, cases in California, 15 cases per 100,000 people. I know some people seem to not want to give up on the wonderful pandemic, but you know what? It’s over. There’s always going to be a variant. You shouldn’t have to wear masks…I haven’t had a meeting with my staff since March of 2020. Why?”
Maher asks a good question.
The COVID procedures don’t make sense.
If the vaccine works, then masks should be unnecessary.
But the COVID regime has been sending mixed messages for over a year.
Maher said of masks, “But really, I mean — also vaccine, mask: Pick one. You got to pick. You can’t make me mask if I’ve had the vaccine.”
This is what counter-narrative voices have been saying for months, but the COVID hysteria has become overwhelming at this point.
Aside from his Trump Derangement Syndrome, Maher has found himself agreeing with conservatives more often lately.
He recognizes that a large swath of the Left has gone insane.
During a recent episode, Maher explained that comedy goes where the funny is, and right now the Left is looking ridiculous.
One of Maher’s guests was Atlantic writer Caitlin Flanagan, another liberal who’s fed up with the COVID regime.
“I just, I can’t keep up. And you know what, I’ve had cancer. I’m triple vax. If it gets me, fair play to it, because it will put up a fight against me, but I’m not staying in my house again.”
Maher applauded and said, “There you go.”
Delaware senator Chris Coons was also on the panel, and he expectedly delivered the party line of the COVID regime.
But Maher replied:
“I mean, I travel in every state now back. I’m back on the road and the red states are a joy, and the blue states are a pain in the ass. For no reason.”
The pandemic is largely over in red states, and the blue states haven’t yet gotten the memo.
