Hollywood keeps descending further into “woke” madness.
It’s gotten so bad that even liberals are speaking out.
And two Hollywood actors are calling out Democrats for doing one terrible thing.
Trump Derangement Syndrome has run amok over the last four years, particularly in Hollywood.
There have been calls to put supporters of Donald Trump on lists and potentially bar them from future employment.
The growing animosity coming from the deranged left has even members of Hollywood concerned.
McConaughey talked about the “illiberal left” and how dismissive and mean-spirited they can be to those that don’t think like them, and Brand agreed.
Unsurprisingly, actor Kevin Sorbo, a devout Christian, agreed with them.
In an interview with Maria Bartiromo on Fox News, Sorbo said:
“The hypocrisy seems to be ruling everybody right now. You mention Matthew McConaughey and his little podcast with… Russell Brand. I’ve got to give him some kudos on that because I thought that was pretty cool. At least they looked like they’re trying to reach across the aisle and have a civil discussion about this.”
But actress Rose McGowan also joined in to echo their sentiments.
Matthew McConaughey is right. Hollywood has been condescending, northern elite media liberals, too & it trickles down. Far before Trump presidency illiberal condescension & patronization has formed how too many think. Break the class structure. https://t.co/aZ0lXEkFq8

McGowan became persona non grata in Hollywood after calling out hypocrites within the #MeToo Movement.
McGowan was one of the few who stood up for Joe Biden accuser Tara Reade when both #MeToo and #TimesUp didn’t lift a finger to support her.
Her story didn’t get a hearing in the press for weeks.
When it was finally reported, it disappeared without a trace.
Some members of the media even admitted that they believed Reade, but they were supporting Biden anyway because the 2020 election was too important.
The only broadcast interview Reade received aired on “60 Minutes”…the Australian version.
Now that it appears Biden will be the next president, Democrats feel as though all 74 million Trump voters have been vanquished for good.
They haven’t.
McConaughey, Brand, Sorbo, and McGowan all realize the importance of not demonizing people who voted for one of the two major party candidates for president.
The country cannot hold together if people from opposite parties cannot share the public square.
People on the right aren’t calling for lists and truth and reconciliation commissions and mass cancellations.
All of that toxicity is coming from the illiberal left, and they’re even attacking people on their own side.
McConaughey received all sorts of flak from the left for stating the obvious.
