Nobody knows how to destroy liberal propaganda like President Trump.
The president calls out any business or corporation that stomps on American values.
And Trump just did that exact thing to Nike.
Nike is at the center of a nationwide controversy.
The biggest clothing line company in the world recently made embattled former quarterback, Colin Kaepernick, the face of their 30th anniversary “Just Do It” campaign.
Everyone was shocked.
President Donald Trump is very critical of the NFL because of their anti-American players who kneel for the National Anthem.

So when Nike announced their new campaign, Trump didn’t hold back.
“What was Nike thinking?” Trump tweeted out. https://offthewire.com/nike-chose-to-sign-colin-kaepernick-for-one-racist-reason/
What was Nike thinking?

That’s all it took.
It was just four words.
They probably thought that it was a great idea to defame America with their inane new launch. It will only come back to haunt them in the weeks to come.
Trump also said, “I don’t like what Nike did. I don’t think it was appropriate what they did. I honor the flag. I honor our national anthem, and most of the people in our country feel the same way.” https://www.americanpatriotdaily.com/featured/trump-ended-nfl-protesters-careers/
Most of us certainly do feel the same way.
That’s why the NFL’s ratings plummeted and their stadium attendance was even worse last season.
Nike’s favorability numbers also fell 34-percent the day they revealed Kaepernick as the face of their product.

Their stock number dropped over two points as well on that first day.
It’s incredible that Nike was this arrogant about it.
They’re one of the biggest brands in the world and they threw America under the bus with this move.
But another thing happened after this reveal.
Nike sales increased 31-percent.
But that was only from Sunday through Thursday over Labor Day weekend.
That is unsustainable.
Kaepernick said in the commercial, “People say your dreams are crazy, if they laugh at what you think you can do, good. Stay that way. Because what non-believers fail to understand is that calling a dream crazy is not an insult, it’s a compliment.”
Really?
How tone-deaf is that?
The reason why people hate Nike’s decision to make him their “spokesperson” is because of Kaepernick’s divisive tactics.
Everyone in America loves it when a person experiences success.
That’s the epitome of the American dream.
But this isn’t about that.
This is about Kaepernick disrespecting our law enforcement, service members and veterans.
Not to mention all of those that followed him.
Trump also said about Nike, “But I think it’s a terrible message that they’re sending and the purpose of them doing it, maybe there’s a reason for them doing it. I think as far as sending a message, I think it’s a terrible message and a message that shouldn’t be sent. There’s no reason for it.”
He’s right.
Think about the young people, the children, in this country.
What are you supposed to tell them?
Are we supposed to tell them that it’s okay to disrespect the people who have fought and died for our country?
That’s a shortsighted decision.
We should teach our young children to be respectful of American values.
After all, it’s what made us great in the first place.
Unfortunately, Nike doesn’t get that.
It’s sad that America’s largest apparel corporation has chosen this route.
But after this, there might be a new number one clothing line soon.
