The NFL will never recover from Colin Kaepernick’s anti-American anthem protest.
Not only has kneeling spread, but Kaepernick has been elevated to folk hero status.
Now Kaepernick is in one popular video game and fans are shocked.
The so-called mainstream media have turned Colin Kaepernick into a martyr.
There’s just one problem: Kaepernick has cut several lucrative deals with major corporations.
He’s signed with the biggest company in publishing (Penguin Random House), entertainment (Disney), streaming (Netflix), apparel (Nike), and football video games (EA Sports Madden).
Kaepernick was put in last year’s edition of Madden despite not playing since 2016.
Now he’s back in the ‘22 edition, and he’s better than several eye-popping names.
From The New York Post:
“Colin Kaepernick has not played an NFL game since the 2016 season, but ‘Madden’ is clearly still high on his ability. In the recently-released “Madden 22,” which hit stores Thursday, the former San Francisco 49ers quarterback is ranked as an 81 overall. It’s a better mark than over half of the starting quarterbacks currently in the NFL. Justin Herbert, who won the Rookie of the Year award in 2020 after a sensational 4,336-yard, 31-touchdown season, is ranked below him as an 80. Kirk Cousins is a 79. Trevor Lawrence, considered to be the best quarterback prospect in years, is a 78. Kyler Murray, an MVP candidate, is only one point ahead of him at 82.”
The last time Kaepernick was in the game before his descent into wokeness, he had a rating of 74.
Apparently kneeling and being away from the game for several years made him a significantly better player.
More from The Post:
“There are only 14 quarterbacks rated higher than Kaepernick in the game. He is not on a team and can only be accessed by changing rosters. Last year, Kaepernick returned to ‘Madden’ after a four-year absence. He was ranked at 81 in that game, as well.”
It’s comical that Kaepernick is better than half the starting quarterbacks in the NFL despite his hiatus, and not being particularly good the last time he played; Kaepernick was 1-10 as a starter in 2016.
Since kneeling, Kaepernick has become increasingly radical.
He’s adopted a revolutionary Marxist frame, including advocacy for prison abolition.
The leftists say they’re in favor of prison reform, but in reality they’re perfectly fine with their ideological opponents being thrown in gulags.
Kaepernick coordinated on a project with communist activist Angela Davis, who’s been a proponent of prison abolition.
However, in the 1970s when she was a fugitive and toured the Eastern Bloc, she was in favor of political prisoners being detained for speaking out against the communist regime.
Kaepernick’s celebrity shows just how much American culture has decayed.
Communism is no longer a four-letter word, and advocating for it can bring fame and fortune in America.
Our cultural institutions have been rotted by radical leftists, and Americans have been complacent for too long.
