The attack on Capitol Hill continues to reverberate in awful ways.
Politicians, pundits, and celebrities are using the incident to further divide the country.
Now Arnold Schwarzenegger released a ridiculous video about the Capitol Hill riot.
Actor and former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has a long-running feud with Donald Trump.
So it’s no surprise that Schwarzenegger used the storming of the Capitol as an opportunity to take a shot at Trump.
Schwarzenegger released a seven-minute video where he compared the attack on the Capitol to Kristallnacht, a pogroms against Jewish citizens in Nazi Germany in 1938.

This is an absurd comparison.
Kristallnacht resulted in the destruction of Jewish businesses, and Jews were sent to concentration camps.
Hundreds died in the horrific act, which was a state-sanctioned atrocity.
Nobody in the United States government condoned the actions of the rioters at the Capitol.
The comparison to Kristallnacht is a cynical attempt to compare Trump and his supporters to Nazis.
Democrats have been doing this for years.
The so-called mainstream media have smeared Republicans for everything that the Democrats have done.
Leftists are masters of projection.
They accused Trump of challenging the results of the 2020 election, but they did the same thing in 2016 and beyond.
Democrats argued that the Russians literally switched votes and colluded with Trump.
After those narratives fell apart, they settled on Russia spending a minuscule amount on schlocky Facebook pages.
The country was dragged through two years of the Mueller investigation, which turned up no evidence of collusion.
But the narrative persists today.
Many prominent Democrats, including Hillary Clinton, continue to insist that Stacey Abrams would be the duly elected governor but not for voter suppression.
This is a lie that’s perfectly within the Overton window according to the left.
For months, the Democrats and their media fellow travelers made excuses for Black Lives Matter and Antifa rioting and looting.
Many refused to report on it at all or characterized the destruction as “mostly peaceful.”
Democrats and Never Trump Republicans are attempting to categorize 75 million Trump voters as Nazis.
It’s a disgusting tactic that’s terrible for the country.
Joe Biden and the Democrats say they want unity, but they certainly aren’t acting like it.
The nation will never come together if the strategy is to demonize half the country.
Hillary Clinton called Trump supporters the “basket of deplorables,” and the divisive rhetoric from the left has only gotten worse since.
