Trump Derangement Syndrome is still infecting the entertainment industry.
Hollywood leftists are still frothing at the mouth in search of Republicans and conservatives to cancel.
But an anti-Trump liberal went after one conservative actress and it backfired.
Alec Baldwin has been one of the most outspoken liberal actors over the past five years.
He’s constantly railed against Donald Trump and other Republicans, although he’s recently gone into hiding after an embarrassing scandal involving his wife.
Conversely, his brother Stephen, a born-again Christian, leans right politically.
Third brother Billy shares Alec’s politics and recently went after conservative actress Kristy Swanson.
Swanson called out Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib’s insincere tears during her floor testimony about the Capitol Hill riots and said Tlaib wasn’t ready to join the Screen Actors Guild (Trump was recently booted from SAG).

Billy Baldwin attempted to go after Swanson by bizarrely implying that she perhaps traded sexual favors to get into the business.
He tweeted, “We know how you got your spot [in SAG].”
Swanson fired back with the perfect response:

Swanson’s tweet highlights just how empty Democrats’ rhetoric is when they say they’re the party of women.
Conservative women or simply women that stand in the way of powerful Democrats get ignored or smeared.
Hillary Clinton called Bill’s sexual misconduct accusers “bimbo” eruptions.
The corporate press questioned whether or not Sarah Palin could be vice president because she had young children.
Joe Biden accuser Tara Reade was ignored for weeks by The New York Times and other institutions.
The #MeToo movement died the instant that the left circled the wagons around Biden after they viciously tried to smear Brett Kavanaugh as a gang rapist.
Swanson is one of the few unapologetic Republicans in Hollywood who isn’t afraid to express her views.
Many have been blacklisted for their defiance.
James Woods was dropped by his agent for unabashedly supporting Donald Trump on Twitter.
But the tide could be turning as the “woke” mob is even beginning to come for liberals who question cancel culture.
