Another Nancy Pelosi Bold-Faced Insane Lie

Nancy Pelosi has always been divisive.

The House Minority Leader has always made a habit out of bullying anybody who gets in her way to push her liberal agenda.

And now, Pelosi is using the Alexandria shooting to perpetuate a bald-faced lie.

James T. Hodgkinson recently opened fire at Republican lawmakers at a congressional baseball practice — he wounded five,  among them House GOP Whip Steve Scalise.

Hodgkinson was killed, but before he opened fire he bluntly asked whether they were Republicans or not.

And Pelosi put out a statement upon hearing about the tragedy.

Her statement read:

“This morning, the U.S. Congress suffered a despicable and cowardly attack.  My thoughts and prayers are with Whip Steve Scalise and the others wounded, Capitol Police and staff, and their families.

We are profoundly grateful for the heroism of the Capitol Police, whose bravery under fire undoubtedly saved countless lives.  On days like today, there are no Democrats or Republicans, only Americans united in our hopes and prayers for the wounded.”

That’s fair and actually quite reasonable.  But Pelosi has always politicized tragedy and has blamed Fox News in the past for inciting gun violence.

A day after calling for political unity in the wake of Wednesday’s shooting, top House Democrat Nancy Pelosi returned to the partisan scuffle Thursday by suggesting Fox News is responsible for inflaming tensions – and ripping Republicans for ‘outrageous’ comments blaming rhetoric on the left.

Speaking with reporters, Pelosi invoked Fox News as she recalled a man who was jailed years ago for threats against her.  “His mother said, `He just watches too much Fox TV.’ That’s what she said,” Pelosi said.

She added that the ‘crude and disgusting’ things she hears come ‘from the outside.’

The House minority leader concluded, “It may be inflamed, I don’t know.  This mom said it was Fox News.”

Pelosi was apparently referring to the 2010 case of San Francisco man Gregory Lee Giusti, who was accused of making threatening phone calls to the then-House Speaker.

Officials said he recited her home address and warned her not to back ObamaCare if she wanted to see her house again.

But the kicker here is that reports have also verified that Hodgkinson was an enormous fan of MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow, and even announced it on social media.

So, in essence, now Pelosi’s hiding behind her statement calling for unity because it was instantly known he was a diehard Democrat.

And between Kathy Griffin’s photo and the liberal mainstream media perpetuating fear with a bogus Trump-Russia connection, the opposition from the left has become increasingly violent.

Fox News continued:

The attack has prompted calls for media and lawmakers of all political stripes to dial down their rhetoric.  Some conservatives also have pointed to an increasingly caustic environment on the left.

“The intensity on the left is very real,” former House Speaker Newt Gingrich told Fox News on Wednesday.

Pelosi suggested Thursday that such claims are hypocritical.

“I think that the comments made by my Republican colleagues are outrageous,” she said, again citing threatening calls she received.

The California lawmaker called Wednesday’s shooting ‘despicable’ and ‘horrible’ but challenged what she described as ‘sanctimonious’ Republicans.

Lying Democrats like Pelosi ignore the growing violent opposition of the left because it wasn’t “Fox News” who rubbed off on this killer.
