The U.S. and China agreed to cut tariffs on $30 billion in "non-sensitive" goods after the Trump-Xi summit, with China lowering duties on U.S. farm products, seafood and medical devices and the U.S. trimming tariffs on toys, small appliances and holiday decorations.
