Colin Kaepernick remains jobless in the NFL.
But other players have joined the embattled quarterback in his anti-American protest.
And here are 5 players that followed the same path.
1) Marcus Peters
Marcus Peters is a Pro Bowl cornerback and widely considered to be one of the best in the league.
Drafted in 2015, he was named 2nd Team All-Pro and named the Associated Press’ Defensive Rookie of the Year.
And now that Eric Berry is out as the anchor safety on Kansas City’s defense, Peters will have to pick up the slack, but in the meantime, he’s joined Kaepernick.

2) Marshawn Lynch
Marshawn Lynch, aka “Beastmode,” is finally playing for his hometown Oakland Raiders.
The former Seattle Seahawks star looked like he didn’t lose a step in his debut against the Tennessee Titans when he trucked All-Pro Titan Jurrell Casey.
But Lynch claims he’s been doing this long before Kaepernick.

3) Michael Bennett
All-Pro Seahawks defender Michael Bennett recently made headlines when he was detained on the Las Vegas Strip following the Mayweather-McGregor fight.
Bennett claimed the Las Vegas Police Department was malicious and violent with him when trying to determine who the shooter was that they were looking for.
But not only did the TMZ video tell a different story, but the LVPD vehemently denied his accusations.

4) Malcolm Jenkins
Drafted in 2009, Malcolm Jenkins was taken in the first round by the New Orleans Saints.
The free safety then signed a three-year contract with the Philadelphia Eagles in March 2014 and then a subsequent 5-year extension in 2016.
Now, he’s added protest to his repertoire.

5) Martellus Bennett
Martellus Bennett is the brother of Seahawks star Michael Bennett.
Except Michael has a championship ring because he was on the New England Patriots during the greatest comeback of all time in Super Bowl LI.
Now he’s joined Aaron Rodgers in pursuit of a 2nd.
