When the media was certain Hillary Clinton was going to win the general election against Donald Trump, they were hung up on whether Trump would accept the results of the election.
Yet ever since the November surprise, Clinton and the media have done nothing but reject the outcome. She has blamed everything from misogyny to James Comey.
She even simultaneously blamed the media for covering her unfairly, while also touting her “insurmountable” lead. Now, her attempts at saintly branding have caused her to compare herself to a mythical goddess.
Clinton hilariously compared herself to legendary comic book figure Wonder Woman.
From TruthRevolt.org:
Hillary has compared herself to a lot of notable figures in the past, but never has she missed the mark more than when she compared herself to DC comic icon and box office champion Wonder Woman in a video message on Tuesday that aired at the Women in Film Los Angeles’ Crystal + Lucy Awards in Beverly Hills.
Her message first thanked Women in Film for its “commitment to lifting up women directors, producers, writers, composers and executives” before her brazen comparison to the most super of women, saying they were both on a quest to “save the world.”
“Now I haven’t seen Wonder Woman yet, but I’m going to, in part because it’s directed by the fabulous Patty Jenkins,” Clinton said in the video. “But something tells me that a movie about a strong, powerful woman fighting to save the world from a massive international disaster is right up my alley.”
The video remarks were meant to honor pro-abortion and Planned Parenthood supporter actress Elizabeth Banks, who supported Hillary at last year’s DNC.
“She is such a special person, again, on screen and off,” Clinton said of Banks. “You’re not only a creative force in front of the camera and behind it, you are a passionate advocate for women’s equality and opportunity; I can vouch for that.”The irony in Hillary’s comparing herself to Wonder Woman is that hardcore feminists have largely rejected the film. Sure, some celebrate Gal Gadot essentially stepping into the action heroine role, even though Sigourney Weaver did that 30 years ago with Aliens, but the hardcore feminists hate the character’s romantic relationship with Chris Pine and her love of babies, and they don’t like Gadot’s shaved armpits and support of Israel. They would prefer she were an unattractive lesbian who goes by the name Wonder Femme.
Clinton’s attempts at being hip and contemporary just don’t work. Does anyone believe Clinton could name a single Patty Jenkins film other than Wonder Woman?
Wonder Woman is anti-war (quite literally). If Hillary had her way, the country would currently be at war with Russia over Syrian airspace (and the Clinton Foundation would find a way to profiteer).
If Clinton likens herself to Wonder Woman, perhaps she should avail herself of her “lasso of truth” and allay people’s concerns about her dishonesty.
