A rampant sex scandal is plaguing Hollywood right now.
And it’s not just sexual harassment against women, but also rumors of a Hollywood pedophilia ring cover-up.
And now a former United States President has been accused of sexual harassment.
Former US President George HW Bush apologized for jokingly patting “women’s rears” after an actress accused him of groping her from his wheelchair at a screening.
Heather Lind said the incident occurred four years ago at an event to promote the TV series “Turn: Washington’s Spies,” in lengthy Instagram post she later deleted.
It is the latest in an outpouring of sexual harassment allegations against powerful male figures in entertainment, fashion, and finance since the downfall of movie mogul Harvey Weinstein, who stands accused of assaulting and raping actresses for four decades.
Lind added she decided to share her story after seeing Bush Sr. appear onstage at a benefit concert to raise money for victims of the hurricane-ravaged southern United States and Caribbean.
Fox News reports:
“Former President George H.W. Bush has apologized after actress Heather Lind accused him of sexually assaulting her during a screening of her AMC show.
The alleged incident occurred four years ago, as Lind posed for a photo with Bush while promoting the AMC show “Turn: Washington’s Spies,” the Daily Mail reported.
Lind wrote on Instagram Tuesday that Bush “sexually assaulted” her. She said he touched her “from behind from his wheelchair with his wife Barbara Bush by his side,” told her a “dirty joke,” and then touched her again.
Lind claimed that Barbara Bush “rolled her eyes” at Bush, “as if to say ‘not again.’”
According to the post, which has since been deleted, a nearby security guard told Lind that she “shouldn’t have stood next to him for the photo.”
A representative for Bush, now 93, said that the former president might have erred in his “attempt at humor.”
“President Bush would never — under any circumstance — intentionally cause anyone distress, and he most sincerely apologizes if his attempt at humor offended Ms. Lind,” the Bush spokesman said in a statement to Fox News.”

CNN didn’t take it seriously, which is gross because they will do anything to slander President Trump for even a murmur of sexual harassment.
CNN is (seriously) dismissing a sexual harassment allegation as a “dirty joke” gone wrong!!??https://t.co/5frl0s7cYH

Hollywood elites aside, it’s time to do away with this aggressively sexual ideology.
At least George HW Bush had the decency to apologize.
Which should speak volumes in regards to how Bill Clinton handled his many sex scandals.
