Celebrities nowadays are completely out of touch with reality.
Everyone knows that celebrity does weird things to people, but some take their delusions wildly too far.
And an A-list actor just said something about homosexuality that will make your head explode.
Andrew Garfield is having the rug taken out from under him right now with the emergence of Tom Holland as Spider-man in Spider-man: Homecoming.
Garfield was once the title character of the mediocre reboot and was gearing up for the third film of a trilogy when the plug was pulled for a reboot.
But the actor was just nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actor in Mel Gibson’s Hacksaw Ridge.
Now, he’s on stage in Angels in America, written by Tony Kushner – a fantasy examination of homosexuality and the AIDS epidemic in the 1980s.
And needless to say, his most recent comment certainly suggests that the role he’s playing has certainly warped his perception of reality.
The Washington Times reported:
Actor Andrew Garfield’s attempt to discuss his sexuality with a British gay magazine has ignited backlash from the LGBT community.
In a recent interview with Gay Times about his current role as an AIDS patient in the U.K. production of ‘Angels in America,’ the discussion ranged from his preparation for the role — hanging out with gay friends and watching ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ — to a possible ‘awakening’ down the road as a gay man.
“As far as I know, I am not a gay man,” the actor said July 3.
“Maybe I’ll have an awakening later in my life, which I’m sure will be wonderful and I’ll get to explore that part of the garden, but right now I’m secluded to my area, which is wonderful as well.”
“I adore it, but a big concern was what right do I have to play this wonderful gay role?”
“My only time off during rehearsals — every Sunday I would have eight friends over and we would just watch Ru,” he continued. “This is my life outside of this play.”
“I am a gay man right now, just without the physical act — that’s all.”
Apparently he doesn’t understand that being gay is a sexual orientation, unless this is some new-age gender identity fluidity thing.
Art can warp the thinking of the vulnerable sometimes, but this is egregious.
And Twitter bashed Garfield’s tone-deaf comment as if being a straight white guy isn’t cool any longer.

This is a great example of why people are beginning to hate Hollywood, because their delusions are insufferable.
Some people dont want to admit , they are queer, GAY is not a good word,,,It is a way of life,, they should admit it, and not be ashamed.
