The Democrats went 0-4 on election night recently.
But when election results showed that Republican Karen Handel beat Democrat Jon Ossoff in the special election runoff, CNN was sad.
CNN’s analysts had salty tears, and they were hilariously trolled for it.
The video that showed how “sad” CNN analysts were was from Anderson Cooper’s live coverage of the results.
CNN’s Chief Political Correspondent Dana Bash said,
“[I]t is wealthy, it is educated and the kind of voters that are in this district were supposed to be the kind that Democrats could pick off from the Republican.”
The Democrats failed again — as if they’re somehow saying that they aren’t all Democrats themselves.
But it’s the others’ faces that sell her distraught state.

A screenshot from this live coverage of their shock and sadness quickly turned into an Internet meme.

Don’t look too sad @CNN

The irony here is that CNN actually considers themselves unbiased in their political views, but the looks on all of these faces clearly say otherwise. CNN needs to grow up and stop being the “face” of Trump’s opposition.
